LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) â Sometimes snow falls so fast that it begins to accumulate within minutes after being plowed away. Anyone driving along I-75 between Lexington and Richmond Wednesday night learned that first-hand.
âThe crews plow, then re-plow, but of course once a plow has gone through, if you have continuous snowfall itâs immediately covered again,â said Natasha Lacy from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinetâs seventh district, which covers Fayette and Madison Counties, among others.
Snow completely covered that stretch of the interstate making it appear as if it had never been touched, but Lacy says that wasnât the case.
