23-year-old Natasha Joubert represented South Africa at the Miss Universe national costume competition on Thursday (Friday SAT).
Designed by Gert-Johan Coetzee, Natasha s national costume features beautiful wings embellished with drawings made by children from the Diepsloot and Randburg areas.
Contestants from 74 countries and territories will compete for the Miss Universe title at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel Casino in Hollywood, Florida, in the US on 16 May.
