Mum and man charged with murder of baby remain in jail

In a callover of serious cases before Ipswich Magistrates Court, the charges against Andrew Campbell, 41, from Bellbowrie, and the baby s mother Natalie Whitehead, 34, from Raceview, received brief mentions on Wednesday in an update on how the cases were proceeding. Whitehead, and her former boyfriend Campbell, are each charged with the murder of the nine-month-old in Sonter Street, Raceview on June 21, 2019; misconduct with a corpse by interfering; and neglect by failing to provide the necessities of life.

09:02 EDT, 31 December 2020 51 shares An urgent police search has been launched for a man wanted over the death of a nine-month-old baby whose body was found in his mother s home.     Andrew Campbell, 41, has not come forward to Queensland police despite previous appeals for him to turn himself to authorities over the alleged murder of Ipswich baby Dexter Wilton.  The nine-month-old was found dead from alleged neglect and mistreatment lasting a period of days in his mother s Sonter Street Raceview home in June last year by paramedics.  Andrew Campbell (pictured) has not come forward to police over the death of a nine-month-old Ipswich baby, Dexter Wilton
