NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian has promoted two MPs to her frontbench, including one woman, filling vacancies created after two of her ministers were forced to quit amid damaging scandals.
Ms Berejiklian has had a cabinet vacancy since March, when Drummoyne MP John Sidoti was forced out of the ministry permanently amid a corruption hearing. Mr Sidoti had been sidelined from the frontbench for more than 18 months, longer than he was a minister.

Legislative Council member Natalie Ward will replace Mr Sidoti as Minister for Sport, Multiculturalism, Seniors and Veterans, while the member for Ku-ring-gai, Alister Henskens, will become the Minister for Families, Communities and Disability Services.
