KEC International, a global infrastructure EPC major, has secured new orders of Rs 1,514 crore across its various businesses.
The Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business secured orders of Rs. 326 crores for T&D projects in India and the Americas.
The Civil business has secured orders of Rs. 1,035 crores for the construction of elevated viaduct along with stations for a metro project and for mechanical & civil works in two cement plants.
The Cables business has secured orders of Rs. 153 crores for various types of cables in India and overseas.

Hit by global lockdown to contain the spread of COVID-19, GMR Infrastructure Limited s consolidated loss for the quarter ended December 31 widened to Rs 1,120.51 crore.
It was Rs 280.74 crore during the October-December period in FY20, a filing from the company with the bourses said on Friday.
The consolidated total income for the quarter under discussion was down to Rs 1673.53 crore against Rs 2297.65 crore, it said.
Revenues from the Airports segment was down to Rs 816.19 crore during the quarter.
It was Rs 1,636.14 crore during the corresponding period in FY20.

GMR Infra Q3 loss widens to ₹1,119 crore, Covid-hit year clips its revenues
February 12, 2021 GMR Infrastructure has posted a multifold increase in loss of ₹1,119 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2020 as against a loss of ₹279 crore for the corresponding quarter of the last year on a consolidated basis.
The diversified infrastructure company also took a hit in the Covid pandemic affected year with its revenues for the third quarter coming down to ₹1,481 crore (₹2,196 crore).
The company posted a loss of ₹2,702 crore for the nine months ended December 2020 as against a loss of ₹1,071 crore in the comparable previous quarter revenue was also down at ₹3,909 crore (₹6,207 crore).
