(Seguin) COVID-19 numbers in the city of Seguin continue to move in a positive direction. Seguin City Manager Steve Parker says this week’s data shows that the case count is largely holding steady or going down slightly. He says the hospitalization and death rates are also moving in a downward trend. “I think we were all anticipating a spike because of the spring break, the opening of all the businesses, the reduction in the mask requirements related to that. There are still a ton of people out there wearing masks. I think probably 9 out of 10 if you go to any businesses but I think overall, really good positive numbers here,” said Parker.
