The affected back yard fences still have not been properly restored.  ADVERTISEMENT On top of this stones occasionally roll down the slope, formerly held up the wall, clogging the drains at the back of homes nearby.

Rubbish piling up at Kobusak property | Daily Express Online - Sabah s Leading News Portal

A Penampang landowner will be asked to provide a collection service for his tenants to ensure that their garbage is properly disposed of, instead of being haphazardly strewn about the property. A District Council spokesman said the agency’s officers planned to meet with the landowner, once the Movement Control Order (MCO) had been lifted. “The individual will be advised on how to deal with the rubbish generated by those staying on his land,” he said. ADVERTISEMENT “This includes collecting a RM20 fee from each household so that the refuse can be removed once or twice a week by our workers.”
