CHICAGO — Tiffany Brooks is hosting a new HGTV series based in the Chicago area a dozen years after launching her interior design business there. “My dream of all dreams is for it to be a franchise, and for it to be one of HGTV’s most-watched shows in history,” Brooks told the Tribune by phone. “$50K Three Ways” follows Brooks as she redesigns spaces in her “livable luxury” style after the homeowners pick from three options. Back-to-back episodes are scheduled to air at 7 p.m. Monday on HGTV. Ten half-hour episodes and one hourlong special are on tap this season, which will be available to stream on the Discovery Plus platform.
