Defense contractor Numerica Corp. is buying a 33,000 square-foot industrial building in east Fort Collins to expand development of its optical space surveillance sensors and short-range air defense radar systems.
The building at 4450 Denrose Court near the southeast corner of the Interstate 25 and Mulberry Road intersection currently houses The Edge Sports Center, which will shut down after the building is sold.
The sale is expected to close Sept. 1 with the planned move-in expected in February. The sales price was not disclosed. With this new facility, we are excited to lean into the opportunities we have in front of us, said Numerica President Jeff Poore, in a press release.
