Close to 50 Jamaican entrepreneurs are set to learn the rigours of the requirements to get a foothold in the overseas market, through the newly formed Mentorship Programme of Export Max III.
Export Max is dedicated to improving the competitiveness of Jamaican companies and boosting their export earnings. Export Max III is managed by the Jamaica Business Development Corporation (JBDC), Jamaica Promotions Corporation (Jampro) and the Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters Association.
The mentorship programme, which was launched on Thursday, and is being led by the JMEA, seeks to expand the knowledge capacity of the participants, empowering them with the requisite information and know-how needed to navigate the market space and achieve further export success.
