Date Time Police charge two after man injured during armed robbery at Parramatta A man and a woman have been arrested after a man was struck by an axe in western Sydney yesterday. Just before 11am (Thursday 13 May 2021), officers from Parramatta Police Area Command were called to a licensed premises on Hassall Street, Parramatta, after reports of a robbery. Police were told a 37-year-old man was inside a bathroom when he was approached by another man who demanded a poker machine payout ticket. When the man refused, he was struck with an axe and his wallet was taken. The man and a woman then left the scene.
