Karachi University Controller of Examinations Dr Syed Zafar Hussain on Thursday announced the schedule of submission of examination forms and fees of BCom Part-I, II, both parts and improvement of division (External) Annual Examination 2020, BA Part-I, II, both parts and improvement of division (External) Annual Examination 2020 and BSc (Pass) Part-I, II, both parts Annual Examination 2020.
The examination forms and fees of BSc (Pass) would be accepted at the respective colleges of the candidates. The examination forms of BCom and BA are available against the payment of Rs100 from the National Bank of Pakistan, United Bank Limited, Habib Bank Limited, Sindh Bank, and Bank Alfalah situated at the Silver Jubilee Gate of the varsity.

Girls clinch top positions in KMDC’s annual exams

Female students of the Karachi Medical and Dental College (KMDC) clinched the top positions in BDS first, second and third Professional Annual Examination 2020.
Karachi University Controller of Examinations Dr Syed Zafar Hussain on Tuesday announced the results. As many as 103 candidates were registered and all of them appeared in BDS first year exams, of them 66 students were declared passed. The overall pass percentage remained 64.08 per cent.
Nida obtained 572 marks out of 700 marks and clinched the overall first position, Muqqudas Iqbal was declared second with 555 and Javeria Faisal stood third with 553 marks. For BDS second year exams, 103 candidates were registered and 102 students appeared, of them 87 candidates were declared pass. The overall pass percentage remained 85.29 per cent. 846 students take entry test for KU’s bachelor’s programmes

As many as 846 candidates took the entry test held on Sunday for the University of Karachi’s bachelor’s programmes being offered by the departments of computer science and applied physics.
Directorate of Admissions Incharge Dr Saima Akhtar said that KU had received 1,021 forms for the entry test-based bachelor’s programmes, and that 846 candidates appeared for the test. She added that 34 rooms of the computer science and economics departments were used to conduct the test.
She said that the test began at 11am and concluded at 12:20pm, adding that the initial list of the successful candidates will be uploaded within 24 hours. She also said that the final list of the successful candidates will be available on the official website (uokadmission.edu.pk) on January 31.
