Ofsted officials have stepped in to support a Plymouth nursery after two toddlers under its care escaped and one was found wandering along a dual carriageway down off the A386 Tavistock Road at Derriford.
One of the youngsters was quickly found whilst the other, as young as three, was spotted by strangers walking next to traffic on William Prance Road. Whilst Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed officers were called in shortly after 11am on Monday, February 8 after receiving reports of a young child walking on his own .
