The Wyoming Department of Transportation has issued “extreme blow over risk” advisories in areas of southeast Wyoming due to strong winds on Monday afternoon. I-80 is seeing guests near 60 mph and “extreme blow over risk” advisories are in effect from Laramie to Elk Mountain. That section is closed to light, high profile vehicles. WYO 13 between Rock River and Arlington Rain showers are expected in southeast Wyoming on Monday afternoon, changing over to snow showers overnight. Up to an inch of snow is expected at elevations above 7,500 feet, according to the National Weather Service in Cheyenne.
