Dungee has cemented her legacy in her final season at Arkansas, putting together her best season on the Hill. Dungee is averaging career-highs in several categories this season, including points per game (22.2), field goal percentage (42.7 percent), and three-point percentage (38.2 percent). Feb 1, 2021 LOS ANGELES – Michaela Onyenwere has been named to the late season Top 20 watch list for the John R. Wooden Award™ Presented by Wendy s, the award announced Monday. The honor is presented annually to the most outstanding player in college basketball.   The 20 players were selected to the list by a poll of national college basketball experts based on their respective performances throughout the 2020-21 season thus far. The list was announced Monday afternoon on ESPNU.   Onyenwere earned a spot on the midseason Top 25 watch list and her impressive play has helped garner her a spot on the late season list. She ranks fourth in the Pac-12 in scoring (17.1 ppg) and second in rebounding (8.8 rpg), the only player in the Conference to rank in the top five in both categories.
