The restaurant can seat about 25 people now at socially distanced tables, Underwood said. They are taking reservations for seating, and take-out is also available.
The couple had been thinking about adding a restaurant since opening the wine bar in 2018. But while waiting to officially begin service in recent months, they’ve also been testing recipes many of them.
“There are times when we are testing 4 or 5 things at a time,” Underwood said. “I had to start keto.”
That testing will be seen in the variety on the café menu, with vegetarian and vegan options and keto-friendly dishes.
“We want to cover all the bases,” Siler said.
