JOHANNESBURG - The head of AfriForum’s private prosecution unit, Gerrie Nel, has expressed his frustration that the alleged mastermind behind the killing of soccer star Senzo Meyiwa has not been arrested yet.
Nel is representing the former Bafana Bafana captain’s family.
There appears to be a conflict of opinion between Nel and the prosecution, who are now treating the incident as a robbery.

CAPE TOWN - The suspects arrested during a massive cocaine bust in Saldanha could face more charges.
The 10 were on board a fishing vessel that was carrying 973 blocks of compressed cocaine valued at over R500 million.
The bust was made on Monday night and the foreigners appeared in the Vredenburg Magistrates Court on Thursday.

CAPE TOWN - The final moments of slain musician Thoriso Themane have again been laid bare at the Polokwane High Court.
The 28-year-old was assaulted and murdered in Flora Park in February 2019.
Two witnesses were called to take the stand on Tuesday.
Witness number two has testified that he was inside a car with witness number 3 when Themane made his way towards the vehicle.
Themane who was beaten, tried to run for safety after he was assaulted by a group of teenagers at a park near his home.
They face 47 charges of theft, fraud, money laundering and racketeering but the State wanted the matter postponed last year so that more charges could be added.

JOHANNESBURG - Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane has two months to convince the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) to withdraw perjury charges against her or defend herself in court.
Mkhwebane was in court on Thursday for allegedly lying under oath about how many times she met former President Jacob Zuma and what they talked about regarding the cases she was handling.
She maintains that the charges against her are frivolous and she wants them withdrawn.
