Targeted News Service ALBANY, New York, May 19 (TNSsre) The New York State Public Service Commission issued the following order on waiver requests (Case No. 21-T-0059): In the Matter of Alle-Catt Wind Energy LLC for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need Pursuant to Article VII of the Public Service Law. ORDER ON WAIVER REQUESTS INTRODUCTION On February 10, 2021, Alle-Catt Wind Energy LLC (ACWE) filed an application (Application) for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need (Certificate) pursuant to Article VII of the Public Service Law (PSL). If granted, the Certificate would authorize ACWE to construct, operate, and maintain a new overhead 345 kV electric transmission line and associated equipment (Transmission Facility) located in the towns of Freedom and Yorkshire in Cattaraugus County. NOAA s new elevation mapping tool is here. It is a nationwide listing of known publicly available high-accuracy topographic and bathymetric source elevation data for the United States and its territories. The inventory provides a single resource for information about all known completed and in-progress broad-area public domain elevation data. The United States Interagency Elevation Inventory raises awareness of and increases access to existing elevation data, thereby reducing data duplication efforts. It helps to identify data gaps and informs and encourages collaboration on future data collection efforts. The inventory displays data set boundaries and provides information about the elevation data but does not host the data itself. If available, links to access the data, metadata, and reports are included.
