Party officials of the National Alliance for Democracy and Progress (ANDP) are currently embarking on their social and humanitarian actions in the East Region. Led by Senator Marlyse Aboui, they are donating educational materials to the less privileged within the framework of facilitating their academic career. She added that gifts are given and a common meal shared with some members of the community on national or international days that celebrate the girl child, women, the physically challenged or humanity as a whole. Senator Marlyse further stated that they visit prisons and commune with inmates when need be. The ANDP Senator noted that the National President of the party has been distributing gifts to some Muslim faithful within this fasting period of Ramadan.
