TEHRAN, April 18 (Xinhua) Iran marked its National Army Day on Sunday with motorcades parade inside army barracks in numerous cities, as the country struggles to control a surge of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Army Amir Abdolrahim Mousavi and other high-ranking army commanders attended a ceremony in Tehran, where messages from Iran s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and Iran s President Hassan Rouhani were read, state TV reported.
