Man shot to death in Decatur parking lot Updated May 10, 2021; Decatur police say a man was shot to death Sunday night. Officers responded to a call at 10:50 p.m. at 1220 Second Ave. S.W. of an unresponsive male. They arrived to find Chester Lee Jordan, 59, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Police say Jordan was transported to Decatur Morgan Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Anyone with information is asked to contact Det.
