TECUMSEH — Hoping to attract people who were looking for something to do while many activities are still unavailable due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the city of Tecumseh this weekend will host its annual Ice Sculpture Festival for the 12th time.The festival will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 17 in Tecumseh’s historic downtown.Organizers said this year would feature more sculptures than ever, despite the cancellation of activities
