According to an ICPD news release, officers responded to the 500 block of South Scott Boulevard at 4:10 Sunday morning for a report of multiple gunshots. Upon arrival, investigators found over 50 shell casings, indicating multiple weapons were fired. Police located damage to vehicles and buildings in the area, but no injuries have been reported. No arrests have been made, and police do not believe this is a random event. The incident is being actively investigated by the ICPD, and they are asking the public for assistance.
