Police investigating shooting on Dubail SOUTH BEND, Ind. South Bend Police are investigating a shooting that happened Friday night on Dubail. The victim suffered serious injuries. Police were called to the 900 block of E. Dubail around 8:30 p.m. for reports of shots fired. When police arrived they were told there were no injuries, but the home was struck by gunfire. A short time later, police were notified of a gunshot victim who had arrived at a local hospital. The victim was taken into surgery with serious injuries but is expected to survive. Police determined the victim was shot on Dubail.
