CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - The long-awaited groundbreaking for the cityâs first public housing redevelopment project is just weeks away. Charlottesvilleâs Redevelopment and Housing Authority (CRHA) Board of Commissioners is excited and sharing some details.
âUnfortunately for COVID we canât bring a large group of people together, but we can mark this is very exciting - first groundbreaking for CRHA well, in many years,â said Betsy Roettger, the board chair.
Updated: 7:03 PM EST Feb 13, 2021 Jillian Pikora Police in Harrisburg are investigating a shooting after two men with gunshot wounds arrived at a local hospital. Police say around 7:45 p.m. on Friday, they were informed of the victims arrival. After a brief investigation, they discovered the men were shot in the area of South 22nd and Berryhill Street. The men told police they heard multiple gunshots and realized they were shot.They took a private vehicle to a local hospital. Both victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries and are expected to recover. This investigation is ongoing at this time.
