During the Board of Curators meeting on Wednesday, University of Missouri leaders are scheduled to vote on a new multi-million dollar practice facility and increasing tuition and fees for students for the upcoming school year.
Tuition & Fees
If the board approves the proposed tuition increases, out-of-state and in-state undergraduate and graduate Mizzou students will see a five percent jump in tuition cost, starting this fall.
This proposed increase would come out to an additional $15.30 per credit hour for in-state undergraduate students and an additional $46 per credit hour for out-of-state undergrads. This would equate to an addition of about $229 per semester for in-state students and $690 per semester for out-of-state students taking 15 credits.

Mizzou Athletics announces $10 million donation for new indoor facility
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
Mizzou Athletics announced it has received a $10 million dollar donation from an anonymous donor to help build a new indoor football practice facility.
“The magnitude, impact and timing of this gift is significant as we attempt to advance the indoor football practice facility project as quickly as possible,” athletic director Jim Sterk said in a release. “As the SEC’s furthest-most Northern school, it is critical that our program have a full length indoor practice facility to utilize year-round, and this gift, coupled with the Board of Curators’ action earlier this month, gives this project great momentum.
