He moved on from Kinetic Worldwide in the second half of 2020. Arora was associated with the GroupM-owned agency for over three years and was last serving as co-CEO. Arora was promoted to GroupM s co-CEO, along with Rachana Lokhande (who resigned a few months age) in 2018, replacing Suresh Balakrishna. He joined Kinetic India in 2017 as senior VP and was elevated to the position of co-CEO. Prior to this, he was associated with Dentsu Aegis Network India network for two years and played a key role in the organisation. Before that, he also had stints with IPG, Reliance Broadcast, and Big FM.
