Curtis Flowers s story is a remarkable one. The Mississippi man, having been wrongfully incarcerated for 23 years and spent half his life on death row, is now living life to its fullest since his 2019 release, according to a report.
In a few weeks, Flowers, 50, will be getting married to his fiancée, who began a correspondence with him while he was in prison. The announcement was made on the Instagram account of American Public radio’s “In the Dark, the popular true-crime podcast that helped bring national attention to Flowers case.
One in five schoolchildren polled said the pandemic had made them interested in a career as a doctor in ICU, and 18% would now consider a career working on vaccines, Good New Network reported.

The day has been celebrated since 1911 and is a national holiday in many countries. This year s theme is Choose to Challenge with the idea that a challenged world is an alert world and, individually, we re all responsible for our own thoughts and actions.
Northland certainly has its fair share of high-achieving women. Here we ask some of these inspirational women to share their insights.

Truly so. Each one of us relishes our friendship moments whenever we get an opportunity in our relatively busy and fast life. One-Year Anniversary of the Pandemic is Approaching
As we continue to get closer to the one-year anniversary of the coronavirus pandemic, it feels like we are getting closer to normal, or our new normal. Texas joined the growing list of states that stopped the mask mandate. Some spectators are allowed back into sporting events and the movie theaters are opening at a limited capacity.
How to approach the new normal
We took normal for granted until it wasn t normal any longer. So what will the new normal really look like? One thing we can do is change our approach to it. I heard a message recently where we were asked if we are being buried or planted by the pandemic.
