In a setback to police and district collector, the
court of judicial magistrate first class on Monday passed an order to release a property of absconding RTI activist Ravindra

Last week, the district collector, with the help of Kothrud police, sealed Barate’s house at Lullanagar in Wanawadi. At the time of attachment procedure, they drove Barate’s wife Sangeeta (50) out of the house forcefully. She then moved the court and filed an application, challenging the attachment order, as the house belongs to her.
