Airspan Networks announced it plans to become a public company again via a merger with a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The transaction will give Airspan roughly $166 million in net proceeds. This transaction is expected to help fund our growth plans and accelerate our vision of providing our customers with leading edge 5G networks.
