Zero carbon buildings graced the inaugural expo held at the National Convention & Exhibition Center (Tianjin) from June 24 to 27.
The China Building Science Conference and Green Intelligent Building Expo saw featured products and services from some 500 domestic and foreign providers across the entire chain of building industries, exhibition products, materials and applications with innovative, conservation-savvy and eco-friendly components.
The exhibition took place in the first phase of the center with an indoor area of 200,000 square meters and hosted 150,000 visitors over the four-day event.

Cote d’Ivoire-Switzerland April 16, 2021 to 10:22 113 APA - Bonoua (Cote d’Ivoire) A Swiss tropical fruit processing and drying plant was launched Thursday in Asse (Bonoua), a town located 60 km south-east of Abidjan, at a whopping investment cost of 3.27 billion CFA francs.
The Ivorian Minister of Investment and Private Sector Development, Emmanuel Essis Esmel, and the Swiss Ambassador to Cote d’Ivoire, Anne Lugin-Moulin attended the official opening of the factory.
The food-processing unit, located at the heart of the Ivorian pineapple production, processes 7,700 tonnes of mangoes, pineapples, coconuts and bananas per year.
It also processes 800 tonnes of premium quality dried fruit, 400 tonnes of which are organic.
