Suspect arrested after man found stabbed to death on north Alabama roadside

A man being sought in a fatal stabbing Friday night was taken into custody by Marshall County authorities last night.
Ronny Lee Peppers Jr., 26, of Horton, is now being held on murder charges in the Marshall County Jail on $150,000 bond.
Peppers was identified Monday as a suspect in the death of Johnathan Wade Bryant, whose body was discovered by a roadside in Asbury.
Dispatchers received a call about 10:30 p.m. Friday reporting a man crawling on the side of Martling Road near Jupiter Circle in the Asbury area. By the time deputies arrived, the man, identified as Bryant, was dead.
