Greater Saint John residents can help spread some joy and grant a wish for a young boy this weekend.
Five-year-old James is in palliative care at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was diagnosed with a genetic disorder and is suffering from liver failure.
His last wish is to have a parade of police vehicles, fire trucks, construction vehicles, along with cars and bikes in his honour.
Make-A-Wish Canada has teamed up with local first responders and others to organize a parade by the hospital at 10 a.m. Saturday.
