So here’s what happened:
Nigel decided to take a few days off from work. In other words, it was a normal week.
Problems arose on Thursday, however, after every single person we asked to co-host with Hammer turned us down. Seriously, we even asked a random guy at the Beech Grove Walmart to sit in for a couple of days – that’s how desperate we were to NOT have Brian Baker on the show.
Long story short, our pleas to management went unheard and Brian got to play the role of “fake Nigel” for a couple of days.
Things went pretty well until “The Gun Guy,” Guy Relford, joined the show on Thursday and Brian got all butt-hurt over AR-15s, prompting him to go on a 1 am Twitter tirade about Guy “disrespecting” him.

U.S.A. –-(AmmoLand.com)- Indiana appeared to have a good chance of passing Constitutional Carry in 2021. The House passed the bill 64 – 31. A majority of Republicans in the Senate called for the bill’s passage. From therepublic.com:
Republicans easily pushed the proposal through the Indiana House, but Senate leaders have decided against taking up the bill in the final weeks of this year’s legislative session even though it was co-sponsored by 21 GOP members of the 50-person Senate.

Brown s panel won t give hearing on ending permits
NIKI KELLY | The Journal Gazette
INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Senate will not hear a measure that would have eliminated firearms carry permits in Indiana – a move that kills the bill for the session.
Sen. Liz Brown, R-Fort Wayne, chairs the Senate Judiciary Committee and said she would not give House Bill 1369 a hearing. Instead, the Senate will eliminate the $75 fee to get a lifetime carry permit and cover the cost in the state budget. The legislature previously eliminated the five-year permit fee.
But Rep. Ben Smaltz, R-Auburn – author of the bill – said it s about more than the fee. He said Hoosiers are waiting months for a permit because of a backlog in getting fingerprints and background checks.
Facebook Deep Sixes a Gun Review
I posted a review of a pistol on the Facebook page of a friend. He had just purchased one and was praising its handling. I looked up the model and the reviewers were also very impressed. I shared the review to his page and there were several comments. People were very curious about the model. My friend is Todd Eccles from Patriot Defense. He teaches firearms safety. He’s also one of the Gun Guys heard Friday mornings on Newsradio 1310 KLIX.

The other Gun Guy, Forrest Andersen, was one of those commenting on the review when he saw Todd’s page. Forrest owns Washington Street Pawn. He’s a licensed firearms dealer.
