At least two shooters opened fire around 9:30 p.m. outside the Ojos Locos Sports Cantina at 9501 Southwest Freeway, according to Detective McDonald of the Houston Police Department. Bullets sprayed the parking lot, also striking cars and a storefront, McDonald said. The man who was shot was taken to Ben Taub hospital where he died.
