Barry said four overseas nationals were arrested and charged with drug-related offences. They have since appeared in Manukau District Court and were remanded in custody until they reappear in court on April 27.

Bottles of flowering additives, which retail at over $100, could be seen in the skip. “The police asset recovery unit attended the search warrants and is assessing the offending with a view to restraining properties tainted by this commercial operation,” Barry said. “During the execution of the warrants, equipment used to facilitate the growing operation was disposed of. This equipment had no evidential value and had been approved for destruction.”

Sixth man arrested and charged with attempted murder controversial radio host Thursday, January 21, 2021 Rizwan Mohammad
Police have made a sixth arrest this afternoon in relation to the Wattle Downs assault incident on December 23, 2020.
A man, aged 26, is currently in custody and will also be charged with Attempted Murder as previously arrested five men.
He is expected to appear in the Manukau District Court tomorrow.
Earlier this morning, Counties Manukau Police had carried out warrants at multiple addresses in Flat Bush and Papatoetoe and arrested five men for the attempted murder of controversial radio host Harnek Singh.
“The five men are aged between 24 and 39, were arrested, charged and appeared at the Manukau District Court on Thursday afternoon,” investigating officer Detective Inspector Chris Barry from Counties Manukau Police said.
