JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) - A family is left devastated after a 911 call leads to a Jonesboro man being placed on life support.
Craighead County Chief Deputy Justin Rolland says deputies received a call for medical assistance at a home on County Road 762.

BROOKLAND, Ark. (KAIT) - Dozens of parents showed up to a Brookland School Board meeting Monday night looking for answers after multiple investigations from several agencies.
The meeting began at 7 p.m. and the members got through the agenda about 7 minutes later.
Region 8 News reported after 11:30 p.m., the school board came out of executive session.

JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) - Authorities have been investigating the Brookland School District for some time into allegations of missing items and possible misuse of public funds at the district.
Now, an additional criminal investigation has been launched into the district, authorities said Sunday.
According to Craighead County Chief Deputy Justin Rolland, the investigation is ongoing.
A case file was hand-delivered Friday afternoon to the 2nd Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for their review, Rolland said.
