TWO CARROLLTON RESIDENTS ARE FACING DRUG CHARGES IN CARROLL COUNTY

According to a probable cause statement, authorities seized controlled pills; methamphetamine and numerous drug paraphernalia items. Court document say 42-year-old Alando Harker, of Carrollton and 43-year-old Timothy Adam Stanley are each charged with three counts of a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance and a drug related misdemeanor. Each defendant pleaded not guilty during their arraignment on January 28. Harker posted $5,000 surety bond on February 5. A Warrant was filed for Stanley’s arrest after reportedly failed to appear at a scheduled court proceeding on April 7. Bond for Stanley has been set at $5,000 cash only. A bond review hearing for Stanley is scheduled for 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 5.

According to a probable-cause statement, 42-year-old Alando Harker, of Carrollton, and 43-year-old Timothy Adam Stanley, of Sumner, were present during the execution of the search warrant at a residence in the 400 block of West Lincoln Avenue in Carrollton on Thursday, January 21.. Authorities say they found a glass smoking pipe; a homemade water bong; a glass marijuana pipe; some controlled pills; crystal shards which tested positive for methamphetamine; hypodermic syringes; a digital scale; two cell phones- one of which contained messages pertaining to the sale of narcotics and had Harker’s Facebook account signed in; and several other drug-related items.
