According to a probable cause statement, authorities seized controlled pills; methamphetamine and numerous drug paraphernalia items.
Court document say 42-year-old Alando Harker, of Carrollton and 43-year-old Timothy Adam Stanley are each charged with three counts of a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance and a drug related misdemeanor.
Each defendant pleaded not guilty during their arraignment on January 28.
Harker posted $5,000 surety bond on February 5.
A Warrant was filed for Stanley’s arrest after reportedly failed to appear at a scheduled court proceeding on April 7. Bond for Stanley has been set at $5,000 cash only. A bond review hearing for Stanley is scheduled for 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 5.
