An aircraft will be operating from the location, conducting Helicopter Sling Load Operation training exercise Forest Fire Management Victoria and Parks Victoria will be carrying out aircraft training on the council recreation reserve north of Jakes Track, Traralgon South, on Thursday 29 April. The training is an important part of park management and emergency response preparations and will involve helicopters taking off, hovering, and landing. Nearby residents will hear and see helicopter and emergency vehicle movements during the day. Access into parts of the recreation reserve will be closed while training is underway.
