Niell Domasig via Facebook / MANILA BULLETIN According to the report of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the victims were identified as Pacita Lamac, 55 and her granddaughter Althea Monique Salumbides, 13. The fire started on the second-floor tailoring shop of their house. The two victims were trapped on the third floor of the structure. The house then collapsed due to the fire. The said inferno started at 12:27 a.m. and was declared Fire Out at 1:35 a.m. Further investigation is ongoing.
