Vietnam records 16 new Covid-19 cases By Le Nga   February 28, 2021 | 07:31 pm GMT+7 Vietnam confirmed 16 new Covid-19 cases Sunday evening, 12 community transmissions in Hai Duong Province and four imported cases. The new patients in the northern province have been detected in Kim Thanh, Nam Sach, Kinh Mon and Cam Giang districts; as well as in Chi Linh and Hai Duong towns. They d come into close contact with previously confirmed Covid-19 patients and had already been quarantined or were in locked down areas. They are being treated at local field hospitals. Three of the four imported cases were confirmed in the southern province of Tay Ninh. They had entered the country via the Moc Bai international border gate on February 14 and are now being treated at the Tay Ninh General Hospital.
