Three critically injured after early-morning crash on Turnpike Road
Three people were critically injured in a crash that happened in Throop during the overnight hours.
The Throop Fire Department said in a Facebook post that first responders were called to a one-car crash on Turnpike Road between Lewis and Powers roads before the outlet bridge around 2:17 a.m.
Upon arrival, one vehicle was found upright with heavy damage. Three occupants were said to be in critical condition.
Throop Fire Department, AMR Ambulance, TLC Ambulance, Jordan Ambulance, and Aurelius Rescue all responded to the scene. Mercy Flight had been placed on standby, but was not requested.

Throop, N.Y. Three people are in critical condition after a one-vehicle crash around 2 a.m. Monday, according to the Throop Fire Department.
The department was called to Turnpike Road between Lewis Road and Powers Road around 2:17 a.m. regarding a rollover crash. Firefighters found the vehicle upright with heavy damage.
They found the three occupants in the vehicle with severe injuries. Multiple ambulance companies and law enforcement agencies responded to the scene, and Mercy Flight was put on standby in case any of the passengers needed to be flown to a hospital.
