An American Pitt Bull terrier from Texas in the USA has been hailed as a hero after saving his owner s life.
The dog called Astro, went to get help when a member of his family had a medical emergency .
He attracted the attention of a stranger, and managed to get them to follow him.
The person then called for help. We never thought in a million years he d do something like that, Bertha Martinez, his owner, told KTSM.

The plucky hound was given a medal and a doggy cake by El Paso Fire Department (EPFD) and El Paso Animal Services.

A Mr Men and Little Miss superfan has become the first person to own a new coin from the Royal Mint celebrating 50 years of the beloved children’s book series.
Michelle Martinez, 48, who owns more than 2,000 items of Mr Men memorabilia, said she “instantly fell in love” with the new coin featuring characters Mr Strong and Little Miss Giggles.
The commemorative £5 coin is the second in a series to be launched for this year’s anniversary and was designed by Adam Hargreaves, son of Mr Men creator Roger Hargreaves.
