A SELF-ISOLATING couple have made the best of their situation by collecting an incredible range of artistic sticky notes from their daughter. James and Christine Currie, 79 and 70 of Darwen, were first told that they would need to self-isolate on March 18 2020 due to the onset of the coronavirus pandemic. While being cut off from friends and family would be hard for anyone, the Curries daughter Alison hit on an inventive way to keep in contact with her parents thanks to her Dad s Lancashire Telegraph crossword habit.

Amanda and Adrian Currie are focusing on improving soil health and diversity through regenerative farming concepts on their Luggate farm. They re also happy to host work placement students. The Otago Daily Times Yvonne O Hara reports.
