Tri-County Health Care recently welcomed the first baby of 2021, Sawyer Jay Kelderman.
Sawyer was born at 4:07 p.m., Monday, Jan. 4, to Avery and Zack Kelderman of Wadena. He weighed 9 pounds, 14 ounces, and was 22 inches long at birth. His siblings are Tucker and Parker, according to a TCHC news release.

CASTLE ROCK, Colo. â The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) approved several counties for the 5 Star State Certification Program. The program eases restrictions allowing for indoor dining at restaurants and also increases capacity at gyms.
Customers eagerly waited for a table inside at the Great Divide Brewery and Roadhouse in Castle Rock Wednesday.
Inside, Kerrie Westensee cheerfully greeted her customers, saying âThanks for coming in to see us at the Great Divide tonight.â

With cameras rolling and eyes watching, three Tri-County Health Care staff members received the first round of COVID-19 vaccines in Wadena, Monday, Dec. 21.
The first went to Dr. Rachel Redig who gave the thumbs up after getting the vaccine saying she didn t even feel it. Administering the vaccine was surgical RN Tara Erckenbrack, mayor-elect of Verndale.
