Cameron Hilder to host i98FM Workdays
Cameron Hilder is the new Workdays announcer on Wollongong’s i98FM.
Hilder is currently the operations manager at NOVA Entertainment in Sydney, a role he has held since December.
He’s also been in operations and announcing at SCA in Townsville, but started his career as part of the Street Fleet at i98FM back in 2017.
i98FM’s station manager, Tia Davis, said the station has kept an eye on Hilder since he left, in recognition of his enormous potential.
“With the experience has has gained both in Breakfast radio as well as at NOVA in the metro market, his talent and skill have continued to grow exponentially,” she said. “When the opportunity for a Workday announcer came up, he was the first person we approached and I couldn’t be more thrilled that he is returning to i98.

Protesters chanted, âBlack lives matter,â as they walked from the Kalamazoo Courthouse down to the Kalamazoo Mall. Drums were played to the words as cars drove by honking on their horns in support. Handheld signs read, âSay their names,â and âBelieve Black voices.âÂ
This was in honor of all the members of the Black community who have lost their lives in the hands of the police, said King Ryan, executive director of Uptlift Kalamazoo.
âWeâre not here to protest for George Floyd, or Breonna Taylor, or Daunte Wright or Philando Castile,â Ryan said. âWeâre here to protest against all the Black people whose names we donât know.â
