SAN ANTONIO – H-E-B has put purchase limits on chicken wings.
Dya Campos, a spokesperson for the Texas grocer, told KSAT that “there is a national supply and demand wing issue. It’s not an H-E-B issue.”
The purchase limit, which only allows two packages of chicken wings per customer, is in effect at all H-E-B stores.
While the purchase limit is temporary, there is currently no set date for when the chicken wing supply issue will be remedied.
