ENTHUSIASTIC endorsation of the
peace plan advocated by The Christian Science Monitor is offered by Lieut.-Commander J. M. Kenworthy, British naval veteran of the great war and Liberal member of parliament, in an article which he has written for the Evening Standard (London). While America still remains aloof from the League of Nations activities for the prevention of war, he remarks, a new plan has been proposed in that country and has received influential backing.
