Vinamilk exports first large batch of milk to China in 2021
ABO/NDO – The Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) has exported 10 containers of seed milk to China early this year and is expected to ship five more containers of sweetened condensed milk products to China in the near future.
Ten containers of seed milk including almond and red bean milk left Vietnam in early January, have arrived in China and are being placed on the shelves of convenience stores in this world’s largest market.
A batch of five containers of sweetened condensed milk products are also scheduled to be transported to China before the Lunar New Year.

This call was made before the first ASEAN Digital Ministers Meeting (ADGMIN 1), scheduled to be held via teleconference on January 21 and 22, under the chair of Malaysian Minister of Communications and Multimedia Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah, and attended by representatives from ASEAN’s dialogue partners including Japan, China, the European Union, the Republic of Korea, and the International Telecommunication Union.

Positive signals from the agricultural market
ABO/NDO – Trung An Hi-Tech Farming JSC of Can Tho province held a ceremony to announce the export of its first batch of rice in 2021. The company exported a total of 1,600 tonnes of Jasmine 85 rice worth US$680 per tonne and “Huong Lai” fragrant rice worth US$750 per tonne to Malaysia and Singapore.
Earlier on January 5, a ceremony took place at the Hau River Industrial Park in Chau Thanh district, Hau Giang province to announce the export of its first batch of shrimp in 2021. The raw shrimp exports were produced by Minh Phu Hau Giang Seafood JSC, including 160 tonnes of frozen shrimp exported to the US, Europe and Japan.
