The man was identified as 62-year-old D.V.H., who has an address in Ward 3, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City, Dr. Huynh Minh Truc, director of the Center for Disease Control in the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho, said on Monday afternoon. He tested negative for COVID-19 on Monday evening, the Can Tho Department of Health said the same day.
